Limitation of Liability

Ceebros Hotels Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from use of the website, including technical failures, errors, interruptions, delays, or malware.

Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that errors will be corrected. Content may be updated or modified without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Rate Policy

Rates are subject to applicable taxes as per GST.

• For room tariffs up to INR 7,500, a GST of 5% will be charged, and for tariffs of INR 7,501 and above, an 18% GST will be charged.
• Additionally, a nominal service charge of 2.5% is levied. If you prefer not to pay this charge, please inform our staff at the time of billing for an exemption.

Arrival & Departure Policy

Check-in: 12 PM
Check-out: 12 PM
*Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability upon arrival.

For guaranteed early check-in, the room must be booked from the previous night. Rooms are held until 6 PM on the day of arrival unless guaranteed by a credit card or deposit.

• Arrival before 7 AM will attract a full day's room charges from the previous night.
• Arrival between 7 AM and 9 AM will attract half-day room charges at the best rate.
• Departure after 2 PM to 6 PM will attract half-day room charges at the best rate.
• Departure after 8 PM will attract a full day's room charges.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be made 48 hours before the day of arrival to be exempt from the cancellation charges. This is equivalent to 1 day's retention charges. All 'no-shows' will also attract 1 day's retention charges, as per our Chennai hotel booking guidelines.

Guarantee Policy

Bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment. Major cards are accepted.

Child Policy

Children above 10 years old, with or without an extra bed, will be charged an additional INR 1,250 + taxes per child per night.

Photo Identity

All guests are requested to produce the government-approved photo identity card for Indian nationals and a valid passport and visa for foreign nationals upon arrival.
