Hotel Entrance
Thermal scanning at entry of all guests by hygiene ambassadors
Disinfecting Vehicles
All vehicles would be disinfected thoroughly at entry points and after every use
Persona/ Hygiene
Hygiene stations set up at prominent locations at hotel for guest well-being and convenience
Contact/less Check-in
Fill in our online check-in form with all the necessary information and skip the line at reception desk
Guest Luggage
All guest luggage will be disinfected from outside on arrival
Room Allocation Policy
Safety of our guests is paramount to us. Hence after check-out, the same room will be allocated to next arrival post 24 hours after being disinfected. We will be following an alternate room occupancy policy on all guest floors and maintaining social distancing. All Housekeeping staff will be wearing personal protective equipment
Lift
To maintain safe distancing, elevators would operate with not more than 3 people at one time
Dining
Restaurant menus will be available via OR code. Cold buffet in pre plated individual portions. Sanitized cutlery in sealed pack. Seating rearranged to provide adequate distancing between tables. Opt for a contactless in-room delivery option,
Hotel Staff
Our staff are provided with masks, gloves and face shields. Social distancing norms will be followed at all times. Frequent temperature checks and health monitoring for our team members to ensure a healthy and safe environment
