Rate Policy:
All rates are exclusive of 12.5% luxury tax on published tariff, plus 7.42% service tax and 2.5% service charge on on applied tariff. These are subject to change as per government policies. All rooms on Continental Plan - room and buffet breakfast. Rates valid till 31st October 2012 and are subject to change.Arrival & Departure Policy:

Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, room to be reserved from the previous night. Rooms are held until 6 pm on day of arrival unless guaranteed by a credit card or deposit.
- Arrival before 7 am - will attract full day's room charges from the previous night.
- Arrival between 7 am - 9 am - will attract half day's room charges on the rack rate.
- Departure after 2 pm - 8 pm - will attract half day's room charges on the rack rate.
- Departure after 8 pm - will attract full day's room charges.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations should be done 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to be exempted from the cancellation charges. This is equivalent to 1 day's retention charges. All No shows will also attract 1 day's retention charges. A non-refundable reservation fee of Rs.1000 is billed to the credit card used to guarantee the room reservation.Guarantee Policy:
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment. All major cards are accepted.Child Policy:
One child under 12 years of age can stay in the parents rooms free of charge.Photo Indentity:
All Guests are requested to produce the Government Approved photo identity card for Indian Nationals and Valid Passport and Visa for Foreign Nationals upon Arrival.
